1. Global Shipping & Distribution Logistics
We operate optimized distribution pipelines to deliver premium lifestyle tools to believers globally, handling both retail fulfillment and secure cargo freight.
- Fulfillment Timelines: Standard retail catalog orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom ministry campaigns move into production schedules once design mockups are approved.
- International Door-to-Door Delivery: We route shipments directly to foreign clients worldwide. Tracking information is automatically generated and sent to your user dashboard as soon as a package leaves our hub.
- Volume Cargo & Weight Calculations: For large-scale print runs, our system dynamically calculates exact shipping volumes and weights (kg) based on material specifications (e.g., fabric mass or 70gsm text stocks). This guarantees optimized freight handling and reliable customs clearance.
2. Retail Storefront Merchandise Returns
For standard catalog items purchased directly from our storefront (such as uncustomized hoodies, shirts, phone cases, or mugs):
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a standard return or exchange.
- Condition Criteria: To qualify for a return, merchandise must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning retail items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Custom Projects & Ministry Campaigns
For custom-printed apparel, custom bulk production runs, or unique church materials:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because custom campaign projects are uniquely engineered and manufactured with your specific ministry assets, logos, and text data, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or modifications once production begins.
It is the client’s absolute responsibility to review all digital proofs, sizing grids, and text configurations carefully before giving final production approval.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If our production workflows or couriers make an error, we will correct it immediately at our expense.
- Please report physical damage, structural defects, or clear print layer errors within 7 days of delivery.
- Submit your order number alongside photographic proof of the defect directly through your portal.
- Verified defects will be re-manufactured and shipped as an expedited replacement run at zero extra cost, or fully refunded.
5. Rejected Production Runs
JC Preachers stands uncompromised on Biblical principles. If an order automated through our system workflows is found to promote, display, or print designs for LGBTQ+ movements or any ideological positions that explicitly contradict Holy Scripture, the project will be flagged immediately, canceled, and a full refund will be processed prior to material manufacturing.
